I understand the formatting is off for some reason. The file is very, very large, and now that I've added a few more bits, it's actually 176 pages. If you guys give me a few more days, I am going to come up with an alternative solution for delivery!

PDF is here!

Hello

I have some good news and even better news. I managed to finish the PDF in Canva and download it. Everything looks good, so you should be able to download the PDF. However, please keep in mind that this is still a raw version. I am waiting for the final illustration of Jure Grando Alilovic from the artists, as the current one doesn't quite fit the narrative.

Also, almost 90% of backers have completed the survey, so we are now in the final countdown before I lock all the orders on the 21st of July. If you haven't done so already, please complete the survey!

Download the PDF for Roll for Romance Module 1: Family Feud here!

The complete ready-for-print PDF will be created in Adobe InDesign, and it will look much better in August.

Next week, if Kickstarter approves the campaign, my co-author and I will be launching the follow-up to Moonlit Sonata, a romantic one-shot adventure inspired by Beauty and the Beast. Once I have the link ready, I will post it here.

Please provide as much feedback as you can about the raw PDF. I may still add a few things before the final file is produced. For now, I hope you will enjoy playing it.

Also, remember that the sequel to this module will be coming out in October. You can follow the next campaign here: [link]

PDF and survey!
over 1 year ago – Tue, Jul 11, 2023 at 03:12:21 AM

Hello amazing backer!

Thank you all for filling out the survey. 88% is a very impressive number. Just a reminder to those backers who still haven't completed their surveys: I will be locking all the orders on the 20th of July. The maps and other Kickstarter ads are still available in the pre-order store until that date.

I know I promised to send out the PDF back in June, but I didn't want to distribute anything less than perfect. After working hard with my Dungeon Master, I have managed to complete the PDF in Canva. However, it still requires copy editing and proofreading. If any of you would like to receive this work-in-progress PDF, please let me know.

Before the book goes into print, I would like to transfer the whole story to InDesign. I find that Canva is quite limited in terms of what I can do with the PDF and how far I can take it, whereas Adobe software is much more flexible. The book will look absolutely amazing in the new software, and I am really looking forward to seeing the finished product.

I am hoping to have everything done by the end of July, and that's when I will start fulfillment. I still have to figure out how to publish the book on DriveRPG, but I am shopping around and might use Book Vault for distribution if the pricing is decent.

Please complete the survey if you haven't done so yet, and let me know if you would like an advance work-in-progress PDF.

Thanks!

Gratitude!
over 1 year ago – Sun, Jul 02, 2023 at 10:01:15 AM

Dear Backers,

I hope this update finds you well.

I would like to start by saying thanks to each of you for your incredible support and for taking the time to attempt to complete the survey.

I understand that there were issues with locating the survey initially; however, you all remained patient and gave me the time to resolve the issue. Thank you for all the messages and comments. I am super grateful that so many of you filled out the survey. This is incredible. Also, the issue with maps has been resolved, and now everyone can add them as ads on.

As a result, I have decided to close the survey and all orders around the 21st of July. This decision was made based on the fact that an impressive 81% of you have already successfully completed the survey.

Also, I am currently running another campaign alongside my co-author. This romantic one shot has already been successfully funded, but I must apologize for an error in the delivery date. We aim to deliver the PDF approximately two weeks after the conclusion of this campaign.

I apologize, everyone, for the oversight. It appears that I forgot to check a specific box, resulting in the exclusion of individuals with digital rewards from receiving the survey. Please accept my apologies for this mistake. You may now attempt to fill out the survey, and it should function properly. Once again, I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you.
